Attendee Registration
PERU GAMING SHOW
In compliance with Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations, we inform users registering as attendees of the PERU GAMING SHOW about the processing of their personal data.
The data controller is Affiliated Marketing Group, with registered address at Calle Cantuarias 360, Office 302, Miraflores, hereinafter referred to as THE ORGANIZER.
1. What data do we collect?
Through the registration form, we may request:
- Full name
- Identification document number
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company / Institution (optional)
- Job title (optional)
- City or country of origin (optional)
Additionally, photographs and videos may be taken during the event in which attendees may appear.
2. How do we use your data?
Your personal data will be used to:
✅ Manage your registration, accreditation, and access to the event
✅ Send you important information about the event (registration confirmation, schedules, logistical updates, access details, activities)
✅ Prepare internal attendance statistics
✅ Send you information about future editions of the event or related events organized by us
✅ Publish event photos and videos on social media, the website, media outlets, and promotional materials
📌 Where enabled, your data may be shared with exhibitors or sponsors only if you provide your consent by selecting the corresponding checkbox.
3. Image Use Authorization
The event may be photographed and recorded. By attending, participants authorize the use of their image in audiovisual and photographic materials for informational, promotional, and advertising purposes related to the event, without entitlement to financial compensation.
4. Personal Data Database
The data will be stored in the personal data database titled “Attendees – Peru Gaming Show”, owned by THE ORGANIZER, which implements the technical and organizational security measures required under applicable regulations.
5. Do we share your data with third parties?
THE ORGANIZER may share data with:
- Service providers supporting event management (registration platforms, accreditation systems, mailing services, technological support)
- Public authorities when required by law
In all cases, confidentiality and proper handling of the information are guaranteed.

6. Your rights as a data subject
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access to your data
- Rectification of inaccurate data
- Erasure when data is no longer necessary
- Objection to the processing of your data

7. Data Retention Period
Your data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or until you request its deletion, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
8. Acceptance
By completing the registration form and selecting the acceptance checkbox, you declare that you have read and understood this Personal Data Protection Policy and provide your consent for the processing of your personal data as described herein.
